Billie neck is a simple accessory in stockinette stitch and rib knit, which is knitted from top to bottom. First, the back piece is knitted back and forth and it is increased for slanted shoulders. Then stitches are knitted up along the shoulders and each front piece is knitted separately. The neck is taken up at the end and knitted in rib.
