Ullobàidi
Ullobáidi means wool sweater in Sami, and the sweater's pattern and colors are inspired by traditional Northern Sami skull bands.

Ullobáidi is a winter/autumn jumper which is knitted on needles number 4.5 in Lettlopi, a wonderful, loosely spun yarn of 100% pure, Icelandic wool. The yarn is insulating, water-repellent and breathable, perfect for year-round garments in Nordic climates.
Garments knitted in Lettlopi are soft and delicate, at the same time much lighter than many other woolen yarns.

The jumper can also be knitted in Norwegian wool, for example Vidde or Varde from Tinde Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk.

Total width of the sweater: (80) 89 (93) 98 (107) 116 (124) 133 (142)
Length of the upper part: (36) 38 (38) 40 (41) 42 (44) 45 (45) cm – or desired length
Sleeve length: (43) 44 (45) 46 (47) 48 (49) 50 (51) cm – or desired length
Knitting strength: 18 stitches x 24 rounds in stockinette stitch on needle no. 4.5 = 10 x 10 cm.

NB! The correct knitting tension is crucial to get the oversizes stated in the recipe. If you get fewer stitches than 18 stitches per 10 cm, you must change to thinner sticks. If you get more than 18 m per 10 cm, then change to thicker needles. It is conceivable that you have to change needles to get the same/correct knitting strength on smooth/patterned areas.
Guide needles: Circular needle 3.5 and circular needle 4.5.

Yarns that can be used are:
-Lettlopi from Istex (50 gr per skein, 100 m)
