Reservations are made for printing/typing errors as well as for discontinued products, deviations from the written or displayed image.
Your goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after your order has been received by Nordisk Garn. For special campaign offers such as spring market and Black Friday offers, there may be a delivery time of up to 14 days. Should the item be sold out, there may be a wait, and we apologize for that. You will be contacted if this is the case. When the item is dispatched, we will send you an email. As soon as the item has been shipped, we will deduct the amount from your account.
When you order goods from Nordisk Garn, you can have your parcel delivered to your nearest PostNord parcel shop or with PostNord private delivery to your address.
You choose the shipping method yourself at check out in the box.
Prices for shipping
In Denmark: for purchases over DKK 499, shipping is free - all other shipments cost:

There is no risk associated with this form of payment, as it takes place via a secure and encrypted connection that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (via ePay's payment window). This means that no one can read information during the transaction with PBS. When you pay with a debit card or credit card, we only deduct the amount from your account via a transaction number when the goods have been sent to you.

Right of withdrawal and return goods
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act.
The conditions for canceling a purchase or exchanging an item are:
1) The cancellation period is 14 days, and starts on the day you receive the item. You must notify us that you wish to return your item within the cancellation period.
2) The item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the item. You bear the risk for the goods yourself from the delivery of the goods.
3) In order for us to refund the full purchase amount, the following conditions must be met: The item must be returned in its original packaging (original packaging means a box or other packaging, specially designed for the item) and be in essentially the same condition as when received.
4) You yourself are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way the goods work. As a starting point, you must try a product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
5) You must pay for postage yourself for returning the item. Always remember to choose postal packages with distribution when the package is sent back with Post Danmark.

7) Reimbursement or sending of another item will take place no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of return. However, we can withhold payment until we have documentation that the item has been returned.
You have 2 years right of complaint. If you make a complaint more than 6 months after your purchase, however, it is you who must prove that the error or deficiency has arisen as a result of a manufacturing error.
Items damaged during shipping:
Always check all your items upon receipt. If an item has visible faults and defects or has been damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service on tel. 2859 1412 as soon as possible or at the latest during the next working day and leave a message or write to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we will exchange it without shipping costs for you. Please be aware that the right to complain about visible errors/shortcomings or damage to a product expires if the above-mentioned complaint deadline is not met.
There is a 6-month warranty on all goods purchased from Nordisk Garn. The guarantee applies from the day the item is delivered to the customer.
The warranty covers visible or hidden manufacturing defects.
Visible faults are understood as damage or defects to the product that are discovered immediately after receipt. Advertisements must be made within 24 hours or within the next business day at the latest.
Damage that occurs after commissioning and which can be attributed to a manufacturing fault is covered by the guarantee.
Goods that break after being put into use as a result of incorrect handling or because they have been damaged in some other way are not covered by the guarantee.
If your goods are broken, you must write to email@example.com. We will then send a return slip so that you do not have to pay the postage for the return shipment yourself.
Returned goods must be sent to: Nordisk Garn, Rodelundvej 44, 8680 Ry, not the parcel shop.
IMPORTANT: Always remember to send the goods back as business mail so that they can be tracked.
