Hilma v-neck sweater
Hilma v-neck jumper is a stockinette, short jumper in a delicious fluffy mixture of Finull and Plum.
The sweater has a neat, shape-knitted shape and looks like it has set-in sleeves, but the entire shoulder construction is knitted in one piece - like an advanced raglan increase. The purl border on the bodice, sleeves and neckline is scored with a groove at the beginning and end. The groove is also repeated on the top of the shoulder as a decorative element that emphasizes the shape. The sweater is knitted top down. First, the back piece is knitted with double pointed needles to form slanted shoulders. Then the stitches are picked up along the shoulders and the front pieces are knitted in the same way. Then put the front pieces and the back piece on the same needle at the same time as you knit up stitches for the sleeve tops along each side of the work. You continue over all the stitches while first increasing stitches for the sleeves, and then for both body and sleeves. At the same time, you also increase to a v-neck. When the increases are finished, the work is divided, and the sleeves and bodice are continued in the round separately and finished with a purl. Finally, knit up stitches along the entire neckline, and the neckline is knitted in rib with folds in the middle of the front.
