Anker's summer blouse

Anker's summer blouse is knitted from the top down. The carrier piece consists of segments with ribbing followed by classic raglan cutouts. The sleeves are finally knitted on double pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. Anker's summer blouse is assembly-free.

Make a knitting test before you start to find the needle size that gives the right knitting strength. Note that the knitting sample should be washed and blocked before the knitting strength is measured.

Size guide and measurements

Please note that you can only proceed from the measurements in the recipe if the knitting strength is respected.

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to chest measurements of approximately 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. Anker's summer blouse should have room for movement (positive ease) of approximately 0-5 cm. This means that if you measure, for example, 95 cm around the chest (measure yourself with a measuring tape around the chest or the part of your body that is widest), you should knit a size M. A blouse in size M has excess 96 cm and in the mentioned example will have a room for movement (positive ease) of 1 cm.
