Fjord stocking yarn is a 2-thread carded yarn spun from Norwegian wool. To make the yarn extra durable, it is reinforced with nylon. Fjord stocking yarn is particularly suitable for hard-wearing cloth socks and robust work shirts. The yarn is not superwash treated. So sweaters and socks knitted in Fjord will therefore feel warm and airy on the body
