October sweater
October sweater is knitted from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. First knit back and forth on the needle to form the neckline, and then gather the work so that the rest of the yoke is knitted around the circular needle with raglan openings. Sleeves and body are finished by wide ribbed edges in double rib. The ribbed edge of the neck is knitted at the end and laid double.
The October sweater is an oversize model - go down a size if you want a less oversize fit.
Size guide
The October sweater should have some movement (positive ease)ย of approx. 30 cm in relation to your chest measurement. The fit is oversized. If you want a less oversize look, you can go down a size. The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) correspond to a chest measurement measured on your own body of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 ( 100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The measurements of the finished sweater are given on the front of the pattern. Measure yourself before you start knitting to determine which size will fit you best. If, for example, you measure 90 cm around the chest (or the widest part of your body), you should knit a size S. A sweater in size S has an excess of 120 cm and in the mentioned example will provide room for movement (positive ease) of 30 cm.
